Getting Started
The first step in using your device is charging it. Connect the device to a USB port on your PC or plug it into AC power with the included AC wall plug. While charging, the LED 1 indicator will glow and goes off once the battery is full.
This device does not have internal memory and relies on a micro SD card for recording. Before inserting a micro SD card, make sure the card is formatted correctly. If you aren’t sure how to format an SD card, you can find instructions here. The camera is compatible with micro SD cards up to 64GB capacity.*
*Special software is required to format 64GB micro SD cards before use. You can download the software here: l.bhs.net/sd-64-software
Next, go to Play Store (on Android) or the Apple App Store, search for "Vcamer" and install the application. When the installation is complete, the "Vcamer" icon will create a shortcut to your smartphone’s menu.
LED Status Guide
LED 1 on: Charging
LED 1 off: Battery is full
LED 2 on: Powered on
LED 2 off: Recording
LED 2 flash once: Taking pictures
Recording Video
To power it on, press the ON/OFF button for 4 seconds and the LED 2 will blink twice.
The device will automatically record as soon as the LED 2 turns off.
To pause recording, press the Function key once and the LED 2 will turn on. To resume recording, press the Function Key once then LED 2 light turns off.
To power off, press the ON/OFF button for 4 seconds and the LED 2 blink once.
Capture Photo
Once powered on, click the Function Key once and the LED 2 indicator flashes once.

Turn on the phone WIFI settings on your smartphone, Search for device network: RT-******, click to connect to this WIFI
