Camera / WiFi Set Up
Make sure you have typed the correct password with the right capitalization as the password is case-sensitive. You will also want to make sure the camera has been named.
Note: WiFi Password will not take if there are characters (example: !*%).

If the camera is plugged in, unplug it after it has been fully charged. Then hold down the power button until you see a light reaction. After a couple of minutes, you should be able to see the camera in your WiFi menu.
Note: If the indicator light by the power button is green, use a Pin on the back of the device to press down the Mode button. The indicator light will then turn Orange. You are now in AP Mode (Direct WiFi) and WiFiCamxxxx will now appear in your WiFi menu.

Make sure that the camera is fully charged or connected to a power source. This issue can occur if the camera's battery is depleted.
If you have confirmed the camera has battery and are still experiencing this issue, power the camera off and back on to restart it. Also, close and reopen the mobile App.
If after restarting both the camera and the app you still encounter this issue delete the camera from the app. You will then need to add the camera back and set up the network connection.

Delete the camera from the application if it has been added. Make sure that you have fully exited/closed the application. Now press the reset button on the back of the camera to reset it.
Having multiple cameras can cause strain on some WiFi connections. Typically we recommend only connecting 3-4 cameras at one time, although the number of cameras that are able to connect to your WiFi will depend on your network's strength. We recommend reaching out to your internet provider to check your network's capabilities.
Mobile App
Click on the camera’s name. To go back to the settings double-tap the screen.
The files must be downloaded one at a time so that the app can convert the videos correctly.
Video Recording
The microphone in the camera is for audio-activated recording only. This means that the camera will begin recording when sound is detected, but it will record video only. There is most likely a problem with the sd card. Please format the card and try to record again.
Note: 64GB SD Card cannot be formatted directly from the Camscura WiFi Device, you will need to format using a separate card reader before inserting it into the device.
