If you experience any issues with the tracking website not loading properly or only showing old data, you may need to clear your web browser's cache.

 

Your browser may be showing a cached version of the site (meaning an older copy stored in your browser's memory). Clearing your cache allows your browser to load a fresh copy of the site and any cache-related issues you were experiencing should be fixed.
