The Wi-Fi name (SSID) and Wi-Fi Password is on the label inside the back cover of the device.
Turn the device on.
1) Hold down the Power and WPS keys simultaneously for 13 seconds.
2) Wait for all LED indicators to flash blue 4 times. This indicates the device has been reset to factory mode.
Connect the device to a smartphone or PC.
1. Open a Web browser and type in http://mobile.hotspot in the address bar and press enter.
2. Enter your password and choose Login.
Note: The default password can be found on the inside of the back cover of the Device.
3. Choose Settings, under Network Name (SSID), enter the new network name.
4. Choose Apply, Choose Yes and the network name will be changed and saved.

4. Optional: under Auto Update, pick an option. Choose OK.
5. The Alcatel LinkZone is now searching for available updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions.
